Oklahoma State Law indicates:

  • No person or family may contribute more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to a candidate for state office, and that no intermediary or conduit may be used to circumvent this requirement.
    • Contributions by a husband and wife are aggregated
    • Contributions by children under eighteen shall be considered to be contributions made by their custodial parents or legal guardian
  • No corporation shall contribute to any campaign fund of any party committee of this state or to any other person for the benefit of such party committee or its candidates, nor shall it, through any agent, officer, representative, employee, attorney, or any other person or persons, so contribute. ( Title 21 Oklahoma Statutes, § 187, 187.1, 187.2 )
  • A person is entitled to up to a $100 Oklahoma income tax deduction for contributions to a candidate or candidate committee. ( Title 68 Oklahoma Statutes, § 2358.3 )
